On Aug 19th, 2015, the board of directors set the AGM's date.  Due to a lack of staff, the event was poorly publicized.  Turnout was about the same as for past AGMs.

Some people heard about it through word of mouth.  Some noticed it in the board meeting's minutes.  Finally, a few days prior to the event, a small effort was mounted to phone those people who were most likely to attend, based on past participation.  They received the information below.
