We needed to fill 6 positions on TFN's board of directors:
three 2-year terms, two 3-year terms, one 1-year term.
During the meeting, we got that backwards. We sought and appointed three
people for 3-year terms and two people for 2-year terms. This changes
our staggering sequence: the next year at which only 2 seats will be
vacated is 2017, not 2018.
By the closing of nominations at the AGM on 18/Nov/2015, exactly 6
persons were running, one for each position. Thus, all nominees were
acclaimed without election.

the AGM at which their term ends.
