Toronto Free-Net accepts old computers, peripherals, batteries, and miscellaneous electronics for reuse and recycling. Drop off your stuff at TFN's Bay & Dundas office, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon to 8 pm.
We are always interested in certain equipment such as dialup modems, Ethernet & serial cables, and especially carrier-class routers (see contribute equipment).
What we cannot use, we give to Free Geek Toronto, a non-profit focused on computer refurbishing. They ethically dispose of parts they cannot use, through government-monitored hazardous waste & recycling streams.
