In Mar/2017, AOL withdrew from running DMOZ. A static copy remains at dmoztools. TFN staff made copies too (on esplanade and hestia).
The DMOZ community hopes to relaunch at curlie.
I think they have the data but not the software. They could probably use help. They will need a ticket management / workflow / discussion WebUI. One that supports collaborative work and that provides visibility into the status of change requests. Process opacity was a perpetual complaint by webmasters who had requests in DMOZ's queue. TFN could use such software too.
