Come see old friends and make new ones!  Meet other freenet volunteers.  Ask questions about Internet mysteries.  Share stories.  We'll have a barbecue!  Bring the kids!  Bring your friends!  Bring munchies to share and edibles to grill!

Details:

• No alcohol allowed.
• Bring your own drinks and food (though Boyd may bring a BBQ, even some munchies.)
• Kids playground and wading pool easily visible from our picnic area.

Directions by car:

• Drive to High Park & Bloor and turn south.
• High Park Ave forks upon entering the park.  Take the fork to the right (West Road), and park along that street.
• Continue with the walking instructions.

Directions by TTC:

• Take the subway to High Park station.
• Exit at the east end.
• Go south along High Park Ave.
• Continue with the walking instructions.

Walking instructions:

• South of Bloor, High Park Ave forks around a traffic island.
• go right, along the west fork.  At the end of the island, go right, off the road, into the trees.
• Walk west for 2 minutes; our spot (picnic area #2) is in the trees, southwest of the brick building (the chess house & washrooms).
